Requirements
Experience in Auto Finance Collections: 1 year (Required)
Customer service experience: 1 year (Required)
Bilingual in English/Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to work in-person at our office location
Requirements
Handle accounts 1 - 30 days past due.
Negotiate payments with customers.
Effectively collect delinquent accounts.
Conduct minimal skip tracing when necessary.
Resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
Schedule field chases as needed.
